One of the points that most of the news stories don't mention is that the protesters asked police where they could hold their protest, they obeyed the police, and the funeral procession was rerouted so that the family and friends NEVER SAW THE PROTEST UNTIL THEY HEARD ABOUT IT ON TV. That makes all the difference to me.
